How is pricing calculated?
The instant quote tool itemizes setup, material, and finishing costs live as you build your specification. There's no lump-sum estimate — you can see exactly what changes the price before you commit.
Do you offer a discount for first orders?
Yes — new accounts save 10% on their first order. Create an account to apply it at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (3% discount) or PayPal, either paid immediately or through PayPal's Pay Later option. Wire instructions are sent by email once an order is submitted.
How does proofing work?
A free E-Proof (PDF) is included with every order. A physical digital proof is available as a paid add-on if you want to check color and binding on paper before the full run prints.
What file format do you need?
One print-ready PDF for the cover and a separate PDF for the interior, 300 dpi minimum, fonts embedded and outlined, with a 0.125" bleed. See the file setup guide for the full checklist.
How long does production take?
5 to 9 business days depending on binding and quantity, shown on your instant quote before you order. Freight time is separate and depends on air, ocean, or split delivery.
Can I get a physical paper sample before ordering?
Yes — request a free sample kit covering our core gloss, matte, and uncoated stocks, mailed to a U.S. or Canadian address.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report it within 3 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the affected quantity. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Do you support recurring issues for magazines?
Yes — issue-cycle scheduling lets you lock specs and pricing for your next 6–12 issues in one pass, so each new issue just confirms a press date instead of a full re-quote.
