Pricing

All prices shown on this site are in U.S. dollars. Placing an order authorizes Printseoul to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the full order total, including shipping and any add-on services. Production does not begin until full payment is confirmed, except where a proof-only initial payment has been agreed in writing.

Proofing & approval

Once a proof is approved and a job is sent to press, changes to artwork, specifications, or turnaround time are no longer possible. The customer is responsible for the full order total from the point a job is sent to production, regardless of later change requests.

Damaged shipments

Report shipping damage within 3 business days of delivery, with photos and a description of the affected quantity. Printseoul will issue a discount or reprint where the damage is attributable to production or packaging; carrier-caused damage is handled jointly with the shipping company.

Returns & reprints

Custom print orders are not eligible for return once production has started. Manufacturing defects reported within 3 business days of delivery are reviewed for a discount or reprint at Printseoul's discretion.

Privacy

Information submitted through quote, order, and contact forms is used only to fulfill the request it was submitted for, and to send order-related communication. It is not sold to third parties.
