PDF Export & Color Profile Guidelines
To keep color accurate between your screen and the press, export print files using the U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 color profile.
Adobe InDesign: Edit > Color Settings, set CMYK to U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2. On export, use Convert to Destination (Preserve Numbers) with U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 as the destination profile.
Quick check: convert all RGB images to CMYK, set small black text to K100 only, and include a 0.125" (3mm) bleed on every side.
