PDF Export & Color Profile Guidelines

To keep color accurate between your screen and the press, export print files using the U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 color profile.

Adobe InDesign: Edit > Color Settings, set CMYK to U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2. On export, use Convert to Destination (Preserve Numbers) with U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 as the destination profile.

Quick check: convert all RGB images to CMYK, set small black text to K100 only, and include a 0.125" (3mm) bleed on every side.

Delivery & Tariff Notice

Shipments are handled door-to-door by default unless a different delivery method is requested at checkout.

United States: printed publications — booklets, magazines, catalogs, manuals, and other bound matter — are generally not subject to import duty. Because U.S. tariff policy changes frequently, we check the current duty treatment against the HS code of your shipment (printed matter generally falls under Chapter 49) before it ships.

Canada: GST/HST applies to imported shipments. Australia: GST applies to imported shipments. Other destinations: duties, VAT, or other taxes may apply.

Any change to applicable tariff policy will be communicated to affected customers directly.
